Featured Presentation: NCTCOG Regional Electric Vehicle Charging Station Projects

The North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG) is a voluntary association of, by and for local governments, established to assist in regional planning in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. NCTCOG also houses the Department of Energy designated Clean Cities and Communities Coalition. As part of this work, NCTCOG works to reduce transportation energy use and improve air quality by providing guidance to fleets and other regional stakeholders. A recent focus includes electric vehicle charging station planning and implementation as all vehicle sectors increase electrification.

Lori Pampell Clark

Lori Pampell Clark’s work advances the clean fuel and clean energy transition in the transportation sector, with emphasis on strategies that improve local air quality.  Efforts range from zero emission vehicles to renewable fuels to energy efficiency and renewable energy. Aside from her roles with NCTCOG and the Clean Cities and Communities program, she serves on the EPA Mobile Source Technical Review Subcommittee and the Board of Advisors for the Transportation Energy Institute. Lori received a degree in Environmental Studies and Political Science from Baylor University. She volunteers frequently in the Grapevine, TX community including Keep Grapevine Beautiful, the Grapevine Craft Brew Guild, and local festivals. She and husband Jeff also enjoy international travel and lots of outdoor time.
